拉茲的新法治觀
在唐獎演講中，拉茲似乎提出了這樣的修正：我們應該把「法治的目的在於防止政府濫權」也當成一個基本觀念，去補充「法律必須能夠引導受約束者的行為」，並以這兩個觀念去確立和統整法治原則。
