趁災造謠、虛假訊息與法院
近日有網友於臉書社團發文稱「氰化物可殺死武漢肺炎病毒」等訊息，警方獲報後迅速鎖定為在日求學的29歲游姓男子所為，並將全案依違反《傳染病防治法》第63條「散播有關傳染病流行疫情之謠言或不實訊息，足生損害於公眾或他人者」函送新北地檢署偵辦。
