依據中選會網站公布之公民投票提案受理情形，黃士修先生於2019年3月4日提出「您是否同意核四啟封商轉發電？」公投案，提交共375,417連署書，通過公投門檻，確定於2021年8月28日舉行核四重啟公投。又要公投？那以核養綠公投案呢？
