龐培歐解除美國對台接觸限制之後（上）
今年（2021）一月九日美國務卿龐培歐宣布，從現在開始，美國國務院對美台接觸的所有自行施用的限制性措施一律取消，並表示美國政府行政部門的各單位可把國務院發佈的「接觸準則」（contact guidelines）視為無效（null and void）。
