至當時為止，南韓的民調機構，都是以撥打有線電話號碼來施測與統計，但事實上，作為網路通訊大國的南韓，有線電話的使用率僅剩50%，經常使用手機、剛好又是進步派最大票源的年輕族群，難以被詢問到。
