現年68歲的二二八紀念館前館長廖繼斌挑了2日下午舉辦了一場記者會，以爆料風格的情節鋪陳，控訴現任二二八國家紀念館長楊振隆，曾在1969年5月，亦即50年前於就讀基隆中學2年級之際犯下殺人重罪的少年周振隆。
